Ajay Kumar pays tributes to Prof Jayashankar on death anniversary

Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar offered floral tributes to the statue of Jayashankar at Kottur Circle here on the occasion of his death anniversary

Khammam: Telangana ideologue Prof K Jayashankar, who spread the ideology of self-governance for Telangana, would forever remain in the history of the State, Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar said on Monday.

The Minister offered floral tributes to the statue of Jayashankar at Kottur Circle here on the occasion of his death anniversary. The State government was implementing many schemes to fulfill the aspirations of Prof Jayashankar, he said.

All the communities in the State were achieving self-sufficiency with Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s pro-poor approach and administrative acumen. The State was witnessing development in all fields and competing with other States in the country in terms of development, Ajay Kumar noted.

ZP Chairman L Kamalraj, District Collector RV Karnan and others paid homage to Prof Jayashankar. Several organisations and leaders of different political parties also offered their homage to the Telangana ideologue.

At the TRS party district headquarters, the office in-charge Gundala Krishna, SUDA Chairman Bachu Vijay Kumar, DCCB Chairman Kurakula Nagbhushanam, MLC B Lakshminarayana TS Seed Development Corporation Chairman K Koteshwara Rao, Mayor P Neeraja and others tributes homage to Prof Jayashankar and recalled his services to separate Telangana cause.
