A humble beginning in 1888 by the blessings of the First Guru Gaddi Yog Yogeswar Mahaprabhu Ramlal Ji Bhagvan, Shri Yog Abhyas Trust (Regd.), is now in its solemn mission to take the Yoga Practice to spread across the world for the well-being of all.

In its continuation of spreading the conscious of Mahaprabhu ji’s Yoga widely, Yogeshwar DeviDayal Jyothirling Mahadev Devasthanam was established in at Nunna, in Vijayawada by Sadgurudev Yogeshwar Surender Dev Ji Maharaj in the year 2000. This ashram is well established in a permanent structure and trained yogacharya to cater to the needs of regular Yoga practitioners where every year ‘Nitya Leela Prakashotsav’ of Yogeshwar Mahaprabhu Ramlal Bhagwan is being organized.


‘Nitya Leela Prakashotsav’ is an auspicious occasion to spread the messages of Yog Yogeshwar Mahaprabhu Ramlal Bhagawan ji among the people. This special day falls on ‘Vasanth Panchami’ as well.

Further, the ancient teachings of Yoga have been passing over right from the beginning through the spiritual lineage of the mission of these four great avatars and are a line of exalted masters of contemporary times: Shri Yog Yogeshwar Ramlal Bhagwan (1888-1938), Shri Yog Yogeshwar Mulkraj Bhagvan(1938-1960), Shri Yog Yogeshwar Devi Dayal Mahavdev (1951-1998), and Shri Yog Yogeswar Surendra Dev Mahadev (1997-2016).

This year’s ‘Nitya Leela Prakashotsav’ was led under the sublime guidance of the current flag bearer Pradhan Yogahcarya Swami Amit Dev Ji Maharaj mission of Yog Yogeshwar Mahaprabhu Ramlal Ji Bhagwan

The 24-day celebrations began on 13-Jan-2022 with homam followed by abhishekam to the gurus vigraha Yog Yogeshwar Mahaprabhu Ramlal Ji Bhagwan, Yogeshwar Mulakhraj Ji Bhagwan, Yogeshwar DeviDayal Ji Mahadev and Yogeshwar Surender Dev Ji Mahadev. On the last day i.e., 5-Feb-2022 abhishekam was performed to all the deities in the ashram premises such as Yogeshwar DeviDayal Mahadev Jyotilingm and Panchmukhi Anjnaiya Swami followed by Kalash puja.

The highlight of the event was the Magnificent Shobhayatra led by the current guru gaddi Swami Amit Dev Ji Maharaj moving in a procession with floral tributes being offered to the gurujis by the residents of Nunna surrounding areas.

After the procession, in his message Swami ji conveyed that through yog sadhana can not only for the health by curing ailments, but also can Gajakarni were demonstrated to the devotees assembled and the benefits out of following these yogic practices were explained.

All participated very actively irrespective of class, creed and religion etc., showing a lot of interest to learn Yogic practices at free of cost. Besides, the celebrations are also participated by the local government officials, local leaders etc.

The intuition of Mahaprabhu and with the support of local gram Panchayat, twenty-seven auspicious plants each one representing one of the twenty-seven nakshatras(birth star) were planted in front of the Yogashram and named it Sri Sri Sri Yogeshwar Surendra Dev ji Maharaj Yog Nakshatra Vanam according to each nakshatra its relevant tree is planted with the support of Gram Panchayat Nunna, Vijaywada are as follows

ASHWINI (Poison Nut), BHARANI (Amla), KRITTIKA (Fig), ROHINI (Jamoon), MRUGASIRA (Kadhira), ARUDRA (Agar Wood), PUNARVASU (Bamboo), PUSHYAMI (Peepal), ASLESHA (Naga Champa), MAGHA (Banyan), PUBBA (Flame of Forest), UTTARA (Juvvi), HASTHA (Wild Mango), CHITRA (Bilva), SWATHI (Arjun), VISAKHA (Elephant Apple), ANURADHA (Bakul), JYESHTA (Pine), MOOLA (Black Dammar), PURVASHADA (Sita Asoka), UTTARASHADA (Jack), SRAVANA (MilkWeed), DHANISHTA (Shami), SATABHISHA (Kadamba), PURVABHADRA (Neem), UTTARABHADRA (Mango) and REVATHI (pIppe)

The function was concluded with much gaiety and was followed by lunch for all devotees.
