The Telangana Recognised School Managements Association, which represents budget private schools in the State, wanted the Telangana Education Commission to propose the government, permitting them to increase tuition fee up to 15 per cent for 2025-26 and subsequent years.

Addressing private school teachers during a Teachers Day celebrations organised by TRSMA in Siddipet, Harish Rao said private school teachers were doing their bit for the society and education at large.

While schools in the city are reporting viral infections, it is more prevalent in the rural areas particularly in the places with poor sanitation and sparse healthcare facilities.

Damerla Siddaiah of Little Flower School in Mandamarri was unanimously elected as the president of the unit.

Announcing this to media persons here on Tuesday, TRSMA chief advisor Yadagiri Shekhar Rao said new light would come in their lives only with the victory of Vinod Kumar, who knew the problems of public as well as private teachers.
